Catuaba’s use results in increased erotic dreams and increased sexual interest. The herb also normalizes prostate function and prevents reinfection of the prostate with E. coli”. (Herbal Healing, Phyllis A. Balch p. 43)

Epimedium – is a “Chinese herb traditionally used to treat impotence, infertility, forgetfulness, back pain, and arthritis. Because of epimedium’s ability to dilate capillaries and other blood vessels, it is used to facilitate blood circulation to the brain as well as to the sexual organs, while also lowering blood pressure. Epimedium also stimulates the production of male sex hormones and tonifies the live”. (Herbal Healing, Phyllis A. Balch p. 63) Epimedium is also beneficial in treating diarrhea and urinary incontinence, Gonorrhea, high blood pressure and HIV/AIDS.
